The listing coordinator (MLS) is responsible for managing the relationships with our clients, brokers and team, and for executing the tasks from an executed listing agreement. This position requires a well-organized, service-minded individual with good interpersonal skills and excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate should be able to take initiative, and work independently (after a training period).
Coordinating with sellers and brokers in preparing the online listing presentations
Uploading listing information, including vessel specifications & images to online sales program
Process all listing additions/changes in sales program
Stay informed about every aspect of the MLS system, including the computer software
Process listing contracts and
Maintain active follow-ups with sellers and brokers for required documentation
Be informed about relevant tax and US customs mandates, and apply knowledge to each listing.
